Since the inception of the makeup sponge a few years ago, the world of beauty has collectively jumped on the blender bandwagon. It all began with the Beauty Blender, and now you can literally find makeup sponges/blenders in every size, shape, and color, imaginable. Shape and density play a major role in whether or not a makeup sponge will be effective or not. I being the beauty junkie that I am, have a small collection and will admit that a few of them were a waste of my money. There are some that are ok, but definitely ones that outshine the rest. This post is dedicated to those that do.

Special Note: I absolutely love this sponge! I was turned on to it by a fellow MUA friend of mine Britt Garrison, and haven’t touched another one since. It is the fluffiest sponge I have ever used it my life and blends like a dream. I especially love using the flat side to apply concealer right underneath my eyes. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck with this product in my book.
