MAKE ME OVER MONDAY: Contouring for Dark Skin

Contouring and highlighting has been around for years! It is only in the past couple of years that it has really hit the scene. I had a really hard time getting into the trend because I couldn’t find a contour darker than my skin tone. Currently, my favorite contour is Sleek’s Contour Kit in Dark. This powder is soft and blendable. It also stands out, but not too much where it looks harsh. This compact also comes with a highlighter, which makes the kit great for traveling!

Although this is a face powder, it provides the perfect color for that extra cheek dimension. It is also a great drugstore find for those that don’t want to deal with Sleek’s international shipping.

This blush really looks great as subtle contour on darker skin tones. You can layer it to get a deeper effect, or combine it with the Sleek’s Contour Kit or Black Radiance’s Pressed Powder to get a bronzed look.

Do you contour? Which contour powder are you willing to try?
